    Amazing YouTubers Wiki is a reception wiki on Miraheze focused on well-liked YouTubers and well-received YouTube content. It was founded on December 5, 2018[2] by Mar9122,[1] and is currently owned by Pacsonic9000.[3] It was intially part of the Outcast Network, though it became independent on June 18, 2020.[4] On July 6, 2021, it became affiliated with Qualitipedia,[5] however, it became independent again on August 28, 2021.[6]

    It was the sister wiki to Atrocious YouTubers Wiki before that wiki's closure and is currently the sister wiki to Wretched YouTube Videos Wiki.

    2018-2020: Outcast Network era[edit | edit source | hide]

    Initially, the Fandom version of the wiki had been around. However, Mar9122, who was an administrator on the original wiki as Mar8122,[7] did not migrate the original wiki and instead created a reboot on Miraheze on December 5, 2018.[1][2]

    The founder of the wiki, Mar9122, had their administrator rights demoted on August 9, 2019, and their bureaucrat rights were demoted on September 17, 2019.[8] On August 26, 2019, Pacsonic9000 was named the new owner of the wiki.[9] However, a day after Mar9122's bureaucrat demotion, KP619 (at the time known as Noblets563) was named the new owner of the wiki and Pacsonic9000 was named co-owner. Pacsonic9000 was again named the owner four days later,[10] though it was changed back a day later.[11] On December 5, 2019, which was the wiki's first anniversary, Pacsonic9000 was named the new owner and RoboticBloxxer (then known as RoboticJeffy) was named the co-owner due to KP619's (at the time known as GasMask0217) "banishment."[12]

    On April 6, 2020, EijiZeBoi (at the time known as No Face) was named the new owner of the wiki, and Pacsonic9000 was named the co-owner.[13] On June 16, 2020, Pacsonic9000 and EijiZeBoi switched places as owner and co-owner respectively.[14]

    2020-present: Independence from the Outcast Network[edit | edit source | hide]

    Two days afterwards, Pacsonic9000 officially named the wiki independent from the Outcast Network.[4] This resulted in a demotion of several administrators,[15] including the former co-owner, EijiZeBoi.[16]

    On July 1, 2020, RoboticBloxxer (at the time known as RoboticJeffy) and CircleyDoesExtracter were named as the two co-owners.[17]

    On November 30, 2020, RoboticBloxxer was demoted from both their co-owner and bureaucrat statuses, and was replaced with DuchesstheSponge.[18]

    On July 6, 2021, the wiki became officially affiliated with Qualitipedia.[5] On July 13, 2021, DuchesstheSponge and Pacsonic9000 switched places as owner and co-owner respectively.[19]

    On August 28, 2021, the wikis became independent from Qualitipedia due to the owner DuchesstheSponge's drama on the wikis.[6] They self-requested a global lock on Miraheze the same day.[20]

    On September 10, 2021, the wiki's second co-owner CircleyDoesExtracter retired from Miraheze, resulting in their self-demotion on the wiki.[21][22]

    On November 1, 2021, due to DuchesstheSponge's global lock, Pacsonic9000 became the owner of the wiki again, with no co-owners.[23]

    On September 18, 2022, the wiki was closed by JrStudios. However, it was reopened a day later by Bukkit.[24]
